The combined splint is aimed at different parts to enable patients to recover faster.

When we use splints, some patients often suffer from fractures.  Because after the fracture, the bone will be split up because of the fracture. If the time is too long, the bone will be easy to set, and the fractured mouth will easily scratch other organs or muscle tissues in the body, causing more patients.  Therefore, the combined splint becomes a very practical and easy-to-carry rescue device for fracture patients.

Combined splints have different shapes according to different parts of the body.  For example, the splint in the rib part is relatively large, because the rib area is relatively wide, but the inside is a relatively important organ. In many cases, the splint is not used by the patient, which will occur during the movement. Broken ribs penetrate into the lungs or liver, causing internal bleeding. This is a very serious matter. Therefore, the splint in the rib part needs to be large, and the whole body can be clamped inside without moving.  If it is a leg, it is two straight plates, because the bones of the leg are relatively simple, so only need to clamp back and forth, bind up, there will be no problem.  There are also some combined splints at joints, because it is inconvenient to hold a splint at the elbow of the injured part.   Therefore, if soft materials can be used at the elbow, it will be easier to bend and will not affect normal life and work while treating.

Splint is the most primitive equipment for fracture treatment, but combined splint is aimed at different body parts to make our patients more convenient, which is also the performance of medical equipment gradually becoming more humanized and advanced.
