This model can be demonstrated for trachea intubation skill training through oral cavity and used for medical school students , junior clinic medical persons ,and various first aid person training .
Training Content :
1)Trachea intubation through oral cavity .
2)Observe pupils : normal and mydriasis
3)Thyrocricoid puncture position instruction .
Maintenance and attention :
1. Please operate by the model user manual. Stock it in the ventilated place after the operation.
2. The model should avoid strong sunshine, so as to avoid the fade and deform.
3. If the skin become dirty , the gauze and sponge can be used for cleaning .
4. Working condition : 200-24 V .
Operation Method :
1) The operator stand beside the head of the model , upwards the head about 80 degree , make the mouth , pharynx , trachea in a line ,then open the mouth .
2) The left hand hold laryngoscope to the throat vertically , along the back tongue to mouth cavity ,and arrive the tongue root ,then upwards the laryngoscope a little ,when the epiglottis edge has been seen , then put the front-end laryngoscope into the across of epiglottis and tongue root ,then upwards the laryngoscope and glottis can be seen .
3) The right hand hold catheter , place it into the glottis correctly , if 1cm from glottis ,and green light indicates along with music . Then rotate the catheter and deepen into trachea about 3-4cm .
4) If red light indicates , and sounds with beep ,which indicates the trachea place into the esophagus .
5) Putting a bite-block aside the trachea catheter , and fix the catheter and bite-block by adhesive plaster .
6) Injecting proper air into the catheter sac by syringe ,if there is no automatic ball valve in the end of the air sac tube , then cramp should be used .
7) The catheter can connect the respirator , then compress the air sac and the inflation lung can be observed .
Human Trachea Intubation Model Function
1) The tongue is flexible, can be compressed,the epiglottis is movable along with tongue root ,so it is easy to see the glottis .
Movable mandible and cervical joint
The intubation site can be measured correctly by sensor. The correct and wrong operation is indicated by the sound and light of the controller.
