Dispute About Buckle Tourniquet

We got an dispute about Buckle tourniquet from our regular customer in Australia last week.All the items have been inspected by QC. In order to solve this problem,we asked customer to send 1 Carton of Tourniquet back to us. Then we re-check the Tourniquets and give customer respond once testing result come out. We Shanghai EMSS is responsibile enterprise.
