Last week,our booking for exporting Instant Cold Pack to South Korea was postponed due to Certficate for Safe Transport of Chemical goods via sea. Factory said that this Certficate is not necessary for exporting Instant Cold Pack via sea.But forwarder insist on showing this Certificate to shipping company or the booking would be rejected.
It is tough problem,no forwarder want to take risk as the exporting policy is getting strict.We need to cooperate with them and succeed in getting this Certificate in 3 workdays .Finally we ship the goods on board on time to avoid any loss to customer.
